Download and unzip
Extract the ZIP file and keep the WHORUS folder on your computer.
Add WHORUS to your browser

Activate PRO and connect WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp Web and click the eye of Horus. Create your account, activate PRO and go to WhatsApp → Connect WhatsApp. Scan the QR code with your phone.

Can I see something deleted before I installed WHORUS?
WHORUS saves what it receives after connecting WhatsApp. If a message was already deleted before then, there is no copy to show.
Do I have to save each file manually?
View-once media and deleted messages are saved automatically with PRO and WhatsApp connected. Keep your browser open so it can receive the files.
Where are my files stored?
In the browser where you use WHORUS. Open them in Gallery or download them to your computer. Removing the extension or clearing that browser's data can delete copies you haven't downloaded.
Do I need PRO to use WHORUS?
Yes. Download the extension, create your account and activate PRO for S/7 or US$2 a month. Then connect WhatsApp and use its features.
What happens if I cancel renewal?
New charges for that subscription stop, and you keep PRO until your paid period ends. You can find that date in Account. Files you've downloaded to your computer stay there.
Is this an official WhatsApp extension?
WHORUS is independent and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Compatibility depends on WhatsApp Web and may change when that service is updated.

Privacy and data
Where your data and files are stored
Captured messages, photos, videos and audio are saved in the browser where you use WHORUS. Captures are not saved to our server's disk or database: they are processed temporarily in memory to deliver them to your browser.
Scanning the QR code authorizes an additional WhatsApp session. We retain the session data needed to maintain the connection, along with the account and subscription data described in the following sections.
Your files do not sync across browsers or profiles. Removing WHORUS or clearing browser data can delete your saved copies. You can delete files from Gallery or download them to your computer. Disconnecting WhatsApp stops new files from being received.
Account and sign-in providers
To manage your account, WHORUS stores your email, plan details, subscriptions and authorized devices. Your password is stored securely. If you sign in with Google, WHORUS receives your identity and email, without access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Payment data and account requests
When online payment is available, it is completed on Mercado Pago's or PayPal's website. WHORUS stores the payment reference, payment status and plan validity. Full card details and CVV are not stored in WHORUS.
For privacy questions or to request account deletion, email contactowhorus@gmail.com. The extension does not yet offer automatic full account deletion. Details of the operator, hosting, and account and billing retention periods have yet to be published.
Terms of use
Use WHORUS with your own WhatsApp account and content you are authorized to keep. Respect other people's privacy when saving, downloading or sharing files.
Service scope and requirements
PRO lets you use WHORUS on one device and connect one WhatsApp account. You need a computer, a compatible browser and an active plan. To save content, WHORUS must receive it and deliver it to your browser. Messages deleted before then cannot be recovered.
Compatibility and your copies
WHORUS is independent of WhatsApp and Meta. Changes to WhatsApp or your browser, or a lost connection, may interrupt features. Keep downloaded copies of files you need outside your browser profile.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
PRO costs S/7 a month in soles or US$2 a month in dollars. The extension shows the price, payment provider and terms before you confirm your purchase.
We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Activation and monthly renewal
When online payment is available, you can pay in soles with Mercado Pago or in dollars with PayPal. PRO activates when an approved payment is confirmed. Check your plan status in Account.
The online subscription renews automatically each month. If payment is unavailable, the extension tells you before you start a purchase.
How to cancel renewal
In WHORUS, open Account and choose to cancel renewal. Wait for confirmation that future charges have stopped. If an error appears, try again. You can also manage your subscription with the payment provider.
After cancelling, you keep PRO until the paid period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period, except where required by applicable law. Your account and saved files remain.
No-refund policy and billing issues
Subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for a change of mind, lack of use or cancellation before the paid period ends. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
If you notice a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge, request a review by emailing contactowhorus@gmail.com. Include the payment provider, date and reference; do not send your password, full card number or CVV.
